The workshop will be delivered using an Agile mindset and practices and will be tuned in real-time to the needs and interests of participants. You will get answers, hear stories from the field, discuss day-to-day scenarios, and provide practical advice and tools to help the implementation of Agility in your organization.

- Having a basic familiarity with Agile is helpful.
